The suspension will handle bad roads better than the Corolla. It's much quieter and doesn't give much up on MPG to the Corolla. It'll be a much less tiring drive. The Venza is better looking, has the really cool panoramic roof with push button frost feature (something really unique for this segment), and the AWD system is able to put 80% of the power to the rear wheels which is great - the Rav4 can only do 50/50.
